  We have been very impressed with StorQuest Self Storage in Boulder, CO. Aquina (manager) has been ever so helpful and accommodating when we needed to change the lot space. I like the security set up of having to re-enter the key code to get out of the storage lot, as well. We really lucked out with this storage decision.

  Edit: they have reached out and offered a solution to my issue. I will edit to 5 stars once we get everything resolved in the next week I cleared out my locker and then have attempted to terminate my lease. The company has continued charging me stating that "a lock is still on the locker", despite the storage unit being unlocked and me giving them permission to remove the lock. They said I was required to come in and sign a document saying they could remove the lock. I told them I was out of town for the holidays and to send me the document and I would sign it and email it back to them. They refused to do so and said I needed to come in (Despite me just telling them I was out of town). They offered me no solution after a series of emails, stating only that after 31 days they would cut the lock automatically, but at that point they wouldn't even let me pay my balance, they would only send it to collections. I paid on-time, every month, for months.

  Great new building that’s clean and very nice! Quick easy rental process through a courteous professional front desk person. I feel safe there and confident my stuff is safe in the new climate controlled building.
