Excellent customer service and facilities. Every person I spoke with was so helpful and lovely throughout my experience of sorting long term storage for my car while overseas. They really cared about working with my budget. The facilities are well looked after and secure with the added bonus of being close to home in South Reno. I would store here even if I lived outside of Reno! I can highly recommend.

This is a great facility with even better customer service. Geraldine was the one who helped me at the counter. She was more than fantastic, and made the renting process a pleasure. I would recommend anyone with storage needs to come down and see Geraldine.

The service was top notch. I got there after closing and had forgotten my key. Geraldine kindly went and got my spare even though she was leaving. She was also prompt on checking the space after move out and terminating the contract. 10/10 would recommend!
