  "Am so glad I will never have to use this storage space again. Granted, I stored my belongings here for 2 years. However, within several months, the majority of my belongings were ruined. Wooden furniture molded, boxes turned moldy - one wall of the unit seemed to be perpetually damp and anything along that side turned moldy. Mice chewed through furniture, through Rubbermaid bins, etc. Serious rodent infestation - opened bins to find glass containers that literally had over an inch of mouse pee in them. Mattresses had to be thrown away. Mice actually ate the hard plastic rim of my crock pot. The owners of the units refused to do anything - said I should have sealed the mattresses in plastic and other items in bins. Seeing as the mice were able to get into the sealed bins, I'm not sure that putting plastic over the mattresses would have helped. Additionally, I didn't receive an apology or an ounce of compassion. It was like they couldn't be bothered to even pretend that they cared. All in all, when I finally moved out, I had to replace almost everything I had owned."
