I rent here twice no problems until my last rental. Mice droplets were in ALL my boxes, items and furniture. I had to throw most of my things away. I informed Chris (manager) who told me it was nature she didn’t care or help me in any way to replace my valuables. I am a returning customer disappointed and felt disrespected. I will not return. Do not rent here it’s disgusting and need to be exterminated

I have been a customer at the Stowaway Philipsburg Storage facility for many years now, they are an exceptional team to deal with.....great customer service, friendly staff and a well run franchise. The staff have become like "family" and are always there to lend a hand or offer helpful suggestions. I would certainly recommend this facility to anyone who is looking to stow their things and have peace of mind. The pricing for the rooms are very good...and the services provided are great ....👍👍

Been renting from here for over 4 years. Personal are great and helpful. Clean. Just wish they gave discounts for vets or senior citizens.
