  Thank you so much Straight Forward Moving you really came through for my last minute move. I had to move my daughter for she is starting College I was really nervous about the move, not so much the packing and the drive but on the other end for she was going to be alone assisting the movers I definitely want a credible guys around her. You guys assured me that the movers were professional and all passed background checks. When she FaceTimed me on the day of the delivery when they were reassembling the furniture she said they were such a wonderful crew to work with and very professional they unwrapped all the furniture they packed and put her boxes where she wanted and they put her bed back together with the canopy as well as the dressers. Thanks so much Straight Forward Moving we appreciate you!!!!

  Unfortunately nothing went right with my movement. Here is how it went 1- Scheduled and confirmed on july 1st, it was moved to next day as truck/driver not available- that's ok 2- The packaging of small items was not done properly and we end up with lots of half empty cartoons in the truck and lots of items left in the house. I would not suggest packing service even if free. 3- The packing of bigger items looked good. but later when it arrived, many of them broken ,damaged or lost. 4- The claim for broken and damaged item is submitted for 5 weeks now. 5- Sales dept good as always but have no control over other depts. 6- The initial point of contact for my movement was unfortunately never available after payment as he was busy with other things. 7- Most Valuabe Mover and Straight Forward Moving are same companies.

  DO NOT USE THESE MOVERS. POOR COSTUMER SERVICE. SCAM. Summary - * Easy to book through email. Great response from sales person. HORRIBLE AFTER BOOKING * Two day window for pick up and delivery. If want exact date extra $150 which they don’t tell you until after signing * Driver didn’t show up on first day, called at end of 4 hour arrival window to ask if come later or reschedule * Reschedule date for next day - driver still didn’t make 4 hour arrival window. NO CALL * Tried to get ahold of someone NO ONE ANSWERS PHONE. * Finally spoke to someone. Will not compensate me for inconvenience (I took two days off work and stayed home WAITING). * Driver comes 2 hours late, says nothing. No apology NOTHING * Takes an extra hour to go from old to new place when they are ONLY 10 minutes away. WHERE’D they go? * CHARGES ME FOR EXTRA HOUR that they were gone. * Stacks heavy and fragile CLEARLY MARKED boxes on top of light boxes crushing them * Leave trash in my garage. * Called next day to speak to owner. NO ONE ANSWERS PHONE or CALLS ME BACK. * Have not heard from them since.
