  Sadly, I cant say this was a pleasant experience for my daughter. She hired them to move 6-8 heavy pieces from a third floor apartment to a garage 20 feet away. It was August 2021 and hot! Two brothers with 15 kids all together and one just got out of jail, yes he told us that, showed up in a UHaul, not a company truck. The guys saw the stairs and used they saw bugs “scramble“ out of the one PLASTIC tote they moved. This was AFTER we mentioned we wanted to clean and spray the washer and dryer before moving it to our new home hence why we wanted them moved to the garage. We explained 18 months previously the apartment below had issues and were evicted. The landlord did an amazing job handling it but we wanted to be sure. That was it. It took 2 hours, ironically the minimum time we would be charged, to take a child mattress and box spring to the garage. NOTHING got moved. The owner and CEO, KIRK NOVIT assured my daughter the $670 charge would be refunded when she called immediately upon their departure. My daughter emailed Kirk as he suggested and sent pictures to prove nothing was moved. Kirk assured her he would make this right. Unfortunately, he did not follow through on that promise. Even left a voicemail with the same promise last week. If I could upload the voicemail, I would.

  Heather, I'm sorry to hear about your experience. Your daughter has already been refunded as promised. Although our movers standby their findings of an infestation and were well within their rights to leave the job, we chose to refund her anyway in order to ensure her satisfaction with how we handled her complaint. That was the last conversation we have had with her. I know that you have called in several times but as your name is not listed on the account there is unfortunately not a lot we could discuss with you outside what has already been stated in this reply.   Communication from the beginning was great. We were kept up to date on times for the move and the crew showed up in the time frame that was agreed on. These guys were amazing!!! I would highly recommend this company and appreciated the professional way they handled our move!

  They guys were professional and very nice. They were very careful with my Mom's belongings and accommodated us all the way, if you need to move I suggest you use their services because even though the move was emotional for my Mom they made it a lot better for her to accept. Thank you guys very much. I will definitely use their services again. The service was great and the price is very decent.
