  I am retired military who has lived in the same location for 15 years. This was the first move I have ever had to make without the military handling about everything. Over the years I have acquired some large items that I was very concerned about moving. Zerald and Elvin were the two young men sent to complete my move and they were fantastic! They quickly resolved my anxiety for the move and explained the plan to move my larger items which I was very comfortable with. They delivered everything in place in excellent condition and I think about all of the stress from my move was gone. Zerald and Elvin both had positive attitudes and were very polite.They even worked out a last minute change in my move to include removal of old furniture at a very fair price. I would highly recommend Strong College Students Moving to anyone planning a move.

  Strong College Students provided me with an outstanding service. They have done my last 3 moves and each one was stress free. They arrive on time, packed me up, & delivered my stuff to my new location so all I had to do was show up to my new address. Will continue to use them for all my moves.

  I utilized services over 5 weeks ago. Not only did the two young men joke around about how they forgot their straps....they couldn't feed drawers into dresser/desk (you are movers right?) I also got a fist bump on their way out the door. I know they are kids....but really? So they broke my armoire. Never said anything about it on the way out the door....however they had me sign something....waiver of accoutability. Low and behold 5 phone calls later with NOT ONE follow up on their end ....finally got the email....(no phone call)....shocker...denied. It took you over 5 weeks which was the allotment of time to tell me you aren't liable? And maybe if you are in the furniture moving business....you should make sure you SPELL the names of said furniture CORRECTLY.

  Carrie, We appreciate your feedback from your move. Communication between the clients and the moving staff on site is a very important factor. We have seen over the years that this is the best way to provide quality service and happy clients. Armoire's can require a little more communication through the process. Something we noticed is that when a client understands all of the precautions, no item large or small should cause any amount of dissatisfaction. Thanks, SCS Management
