  Do yourself a favor and call another moving company! If I could give 0 stars, I would! I had the worst moving experience right from the start. The movers said they’d be early so I rushed home from my walkthrough without unpacking my car and waited a good 45 mins for them. They arrived 15 minutes after our scheduled time. They sent 2 teenage boys that were not professional at all. It took them 2 hours to load the truck as shown in the picture. I called the company a few times and expressed my concern with them not being able to get the job done right after I watched them slam boxes of glassware down each step on their dolly. The company argued with me every single time I called. The customer service was horrific and I’ve never had a worse experience in my life!! They loaded the truck with about 6-10 items of mine and left before I knew they did, leaving the majority of my items still in the apartment. It took them 4 hours to move the items they brought over and left the rest for me to figure out on my own. They said that they’d stop the clock and would return to finish the move if I called and told them they were done. This cost me $500! They did not return and left me to hire more movers to finish the job.

  Exceptional experience with this company. Dan and Jeremy were awesome. They were professional, courteous, efficient and worked incredibly quickly. I live on the second floor, and they moved everything seemingly effortlessly. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing to move.

  My experience with Jeremy, Dawn, Emanuel and Dennis was nothing but professional, hard working amd fun. They weren't hanging around talking at all but put in work from the time they hit the door until the time they put the last piece in storage. I will definitely use them again if I am ever in the Summerville or Mount Pleasant area.
