  I was in a pinch and needed 2 bed rooms worth of items packed and placed in my uhaul so I could move out. Aaron and his companion (who were both very sweet and kind, getting to know them was a treat) moved all of my items in less than 45 minutes! Packed nice and tight! Next move I’ll definitely be calling student movers again. And the beautiful women who answered the phone and worked with me through and through was amazing! THANKS TEAM!

  Please do not use Student Movers, their management team lacks integrity and so does the owner. My neighbor hired student movers and my son’s car was parked in front of our house. Their driver who said he was running late and was in a hurry, took a tight turn and hit my son’s car. The driver, full of integrity, felt terrible. He notified me that he hit our car and assured me the company would take care of everything. This did not happen, the company said the accident did not happen and asked their insurance company to deny the claim. Michele, the manager, began cursing at me and said she has “360 degree cameras on every truck” and that her driver did not hit my car. When I told her that her driver had told me in front of several neighbors that he was at fault, she then said I was parked illegally. I knew I was getting no where so I said I would call the police and let them determine who is at fault. Michele then proceeded to tell me “the police will do nothing, it’s private property, they won’t go to a house for an accident like this.” Gave me the sense she has been in the situation before. Thankfully we have an AMAZING Menifee police department and they came out and completed the policy report. Two months later, this is still not resolved however due to our wonderful neighbors, the pictures I took, and the police report, State Farm is taking another look. Bottom line, it’s clear this company has not integrity. Also I want to point out that Michele was screaming at her employee for admitting fault. My neighbor was outside while the guy who hit us was on the phone and could hear her. I feel terrible for the guy who hit me, but I am so grateful for his honesty and for doing the right thing. I also want to point out that this ordeal caused about 30-60 min delay where the movers were not working because of being on the phone and dealing with the accident and the moving company charged my neighbor for this! Please do not use this company.

  I spoke with the supervisor trying to let her know we would be delayed for the unload of our truck. She started berating me, I couldn't even understand what she was talking about. The customer service is non-existent. Very RUDE and unprofessional. I think she's really got problems and so does the company if they have a person like that speaking to their clients that way. Please do no use this company.
