  Suburban Solutions lives up to its name! After interviewing all the big companies, researching on the web, reading BETWEEN the lines of many reviews, I took a deep breathe and made a choice. Kevin, Bobby, Patrick, Jo, and Breanna answered all of my questions quickly and with patience. Attention to specific details is important to avoid unnecessary glitches and assumptions on the consumers’ part. Read all of the contracts, details and fine print. Bobby went above and beyond to assure me from the very beginning all the way through until after delivery. I did my own packing, however, sent photos for their approval. Plus I acquired full coverage insurance as a back up. NOTHING WAS DAMAGED!!!!!! Lots of text updates for time schedule. Communication is key….no empty promises…. Chuck, who arrived with Justin and crew precisely ON TIME the morning of pick up, told me he treats the items as if they were HIS. KUDOS on their Team work!!!!!!!!! With careful precision and efficiency, the crew wrapped all of my furniture with blankets and plastic wrap including some fragile pieces. Everything was marked. The truck was loaded and everything was securely roped up inside the truck. Bobby said, ‘Clear’, after double-checking every room and closet to make sure nothing was forgotten. The house was clean when they left. I met the truck upon arrival at my new location in another state. Again, Chuck was totally in charge. Suburban Solutions complied with all of the rules and regulations of the new building. NO issues at all. I have already recommended their services to others. SUBURBAN SOLUTIONS…. ABSOLUTELY!!!!!!!!!

  I've moved a lot over the years, and Suburban Solutions made this last move the easiest and best one yet. From start to finish the company had great communication and friendly service. On moving day, Deon, Ashford, and Lil arrived 15 minutes early and got right to work. And boy did they move fast! They were careful with all of our furniture, wrapping it well to prevent any damage in transit. Once at our new place, they continued to move fast but carefully, getting everything into the right place and reassembling anything that had been taken apart, like our sectional sofa and bed frame. They were super friendly and conscientious, not to mention strong! I would hire them again without hesitation.

  We had a great experience with Suburban Solutions. Bobby was very professional and made sure our inventory list was accurate from the start. The team of movers: Fred, Dante, Rob and team were amazing. Very careful with our furniture and moving out of our existing home and into our new home. Like in any move, there were spatial issues that the guys problem solved on the fly. Finally, the move could not have been more efficient: for 6 guys, 2 trucks and in 6 hours we were in our new home! I'd highly recommend this crew.
