Absolutely horrible communication that made it impossible to finalize delivery details without outside intervention from the furniture store where I made my purchase. The only saving grace was the kindness of the delivery team. I received a text a couple weeks ago saying Sun Delivery had my furniture and was ready to schedule delivery. I clicked on the link in the text to confirm the appointment, only to be told that I had to call since a 35' truck will not fit in my building's parking lot. That's perfectly fine and understandable, if someone ever actually answered the phone. I spent the following week calling and emailing Sun Delivery but to no avail. I called 17 times (I counted) and was told that customer service was unavailable every single time (I always called during standard business hours). I left a couple messages and never heard back. I only got an email response because I reached out to the store where I purchased my furniture, and they in turn reached out to Sun Delivery asking them to respond to me. Not that the email addressed any of my concerns, of course. The day before the delivery, I received an automated call with the four hour delivery window. I pressed the button to speak to customer service and once again was sent to voicemail. I responded to the email I had received from Sun Delivery to confirm that they were aware the 35’ truck would not fit. The person I was emailing with responded the morning of the delivery asking if I had told them as much on the phone. If only someone had ever answered the phone I would have gladly told them! This person said they would email to let the delivery driver know. Later that day when the driver called to say they were close, I asked if he had been told that the truck would not fit. His exact words were “No they did not.” So despite my multiple efforts to communicate with Sun Delivery to ensure a smooth delivery, they failed at every moment to successfully communicate with both their customer and their own personnel. Luckily I was able to work with the driver to find a nearby parking spot, and both of the delivery guys were very kind and considerate when bringing my furniture in. This experience caused so much stress that I asked the furniture store to send the rest of my order via a different delivery service. Thankfully they were able to accommodate this request. It is just so frustrating because the delivery team was amazing, but the front end customer service was impossible to work with.

I have thousands of dollars tied up in a new sofa and loveseat. Apparently nine days ago my sofa and loveseat were 12 miles from my home. I'm still waiting for them to call and make an appointment to deliver my furniture. I offered to go get it. This us Texas the home of pickup trucks and trailers. I wanted my new furniture for Christmas. I know covid but my town is still working not shut down. I live in a small town.When I contacted the delivery company they replied my furniture got there on the 10th and they would be calling me the week of the 20th (December) to set up an appointment to deliver. So my little home town is not the the central hub of Texas. We are rural Texas. BAD SERVICE..

This company delivered a large wooden cabinet and I experienced multiple issues. When they attempted to unload the furniture, they backed into an outdoor lamp post and damaged it. Although they noticed me taking pictures afterwards, they did not report the incident to their management team and refused to fix the post damage. Additionally, they scratched the side of the cabinet during assembly and, at my insistence, the delivery team called their "home" team prior to entering my home and reported that damage. After speaking to a supervisor, I provided a photo and she promised to schedule a technician to fix the scratch. I followed up several days later and the original supervisor had not submitted the paperwork. The second supervisor was not going to process the damage claim; however, I had documentation (other supervisor's contact information and incident email with photo). At that point, she scheduled a contractor technician who showed up weeks later to satisfactorily resolve the cabinet damage.
