  I had a great experience with Super Fast Movers of New York City. The guys were fantastic - extremely helpful and personable. I did make the mistake of thinking I could get all my packing done on my own...but after a few wasted hours, I gave up and called in the experts. I am SO glad I did! The guys at Super Fast Movers packed me up (way) faster than I could have imagined, making the transition from my old home to my new one, smooth and worry free. Would definitely recommend and I will absolutely use this moving company again for my next move. :)

  We had a terrible experience with this moving company. We were quoted an estimate of 405$ and the final bill ended up being over $1,100. When we received the quote, we were told it would be approximately 3 hour job with an hourly rate of 165$. When they showed up, we were then told it would be an hourly rate of 165$ per person - in which there were 3. We were never asked how many movers they needed to bring and essentially had no say in the matter. The entire job ended up taking over 5 hours (keep in mind we were moving out of a studio so I'd really hate to estimate how much time it'd take to move out of anything larger) and they broke off one of the couch legs in the process. I really wouldn't recommend this moving company. When my mother called the office regarding the difference in the quoted amount and the actual bill, they hung up on her and screened all additional calls. At the end of the day, I recognize that I am paying for a service and am comfortable paying but the entire situation just leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

  I have used Ron with Super Fast Movers 4 times. I have had them help with smaller moves and my last move which required 4 different pick up locations in NYC! They are fast and get the job done efficiently and with care. Jon even helped above and beyond with my last move when some heavy items were stored in a storage loft location I could in no way access on my own. He climbed up and brought down the heavy shelving himself. I was also in a pinch as I was dealing with dismantling something under my kitchen sink. He was very helpful in navigating the problem and in providing a tool I did not have. I would definitely call them again for my next move. Super Fast Movers have always been on time or earlier than me! Reliable and fairly priced.
