  Eddie, new manager was great! Would 10/10 recommend! My move was long distance and everything was delivered as it was picked up, no damages at all. He made sure everything was well taken care of and handled with care. Had read the previous reviews but was surprised with the new management and the outstanding customer service they provided. I have already used them twice (local and long distance move) and will use them again if needed.

  Movers didn’t show up at all. An hour before move I called the company to confirm the movers were on their way as they emailed me all week saying they were coming on a specific date. I spoke with the manager who tried calling twice to the department out of town, no one answered, and they didn’t offer any other solution besides cancelling and giving a refund of my deposit. I wouldn’t recommend this company at all as they are very unreliable and do not stand by their promises or services.

  One of the worst mover company i have ever seen in my life. Initially they will explain big things about their moving process including bar coding the items and safety of goods but all BS.i took full packing and moving service They broke my two TV and damage my sofa, odomon, cabinets, storages, bed side tables, and lots of missing items. Most importantly they just worry about their payments and very unresponsive and their Owner never reach out to you for any problem you facing. I will never ever recommend anyone to use their services but rather look for better movers. Again worst worst ever moving experience.
