  If I could rate a zero I would. But I want to be fully transparent. They were ontime, they worked quickly but....my Ashley sofa was torn. Blake, the boss, was notified the day of the accident. I texted Blake for a week after my move with no response. When he finally messages it was excuses and seeming to not take responsibility for his employees. He finally contacted me even came to my residence to see the damage. Blake once again stated he would get my sofa repair or reimburse me since he was having a difficult time finding an upholstery person, s he asked that I help find an upholstery person. I found two local and provided him with the quote and their contact information. Blae agreed to pay me by Friday the amount to repair my sofa but did not honor his word and I still haven't gotten paid or my sofa repaired. He doesn't trust his employees to pay or does he take any responsibility for their actions. I am taking them to court. Recommend you use someone else if you have things that you value.

  Negative experience. NOT RECOMMENDED. I will also be contacting other agencies to further emphasis the fraudulence this company enjoys. Do NOT use these folks. They are shameful (Blake). My move was simplistic, but as I was flying in from out of state moving storage units, I needed help. Moving from a storage unit onto a truck should have been a no-brainer. A courteous start via introductions over text messaging with Blake the coordinator/supervisor ended with my being called foul names by Blake himself. One of my "helpers" had torn his bicep and couldn't function, the other helper could barely lift a medium-weight box. I had a timeline to meet and they would not have met it. Furthermore, as a professional logistician with moves domestic and international - I can see that they work slow and would have kept the bill high by an extension of services. Rather than seeing this through and replacing the help with non-injured and capable people, the two folks were dismissed with nobody in replacement and my 2-hour job ended up being an 8-hour DIY.

  Let me start by saying I’ve used this company for two prior moves and they were excellent. However, they were supposed to handle a move for us today. They said they had a flat tire, which I understand, and would be an hour late. We were ok with that. They now refuse to respond to us. We are moving to a new state and are left trying to find movers at the last minute ON A HOLIDAY WEEKEND. We are officially in a bind as we have to move today so the people who bought our house can move in tomorrow. I have recommended Super Hands to many people but that’ll never happen again. I am frustrated, disappointed, and completely disgusted by their handling of this situation. As a repeat customer, if they decided not to do my job at the last minute, they should have had enough courtesy to let us know.
