  Moved my daughter's residence and forgot to leave the glass to the coffee table at the destination. We have tried unsuccessfully to have them deliver to the new destination, five months later they still have not delivered the glass piece. When you call you get "mailbox is not set up" and then when we did speak to him he said he another call and would call back. That did not happen either. I don't know why we would have to pick up a large piece of glass that they forgot on the truck at destination we paid for the movers. Then they say they called back but we have no record of them calling and we always answer the phone.

  They were good and very professional but could use some improvements. they where not upfront all their charges on the phone that was a major issue or or give you a contact to read prior to moving. Hence why I wasn’t aware of these hidden fees. They do not use covers on furniture. Never had a movers charge for an additional trip because they didn’t have room on the trucks. They were quick and efficient but if I ever have to move again I’d probably choose someone else.

  We really appreciate your business unfortunately we are not responsible for the misunderstanding you you did not read the contract that you signed it stated clearly that there was $50 for each additional stop! So everything was clearly up front and shown to you when you signed the contract. All your furniture was covered and protected efficiently and nothing was damaged. I understand you may have been a little upset about the bill and not being able to afford it and all you didn't even tip the workers after admitting they did a wonderful job ,when you're moving 3 homes and back and forth to those homes it's going to be time-consuming and costly but we did a good job and we were professional in all aspects thank you for your business again have a wonderful day God bless you!

  I would highly recommend this company for moving service they moved my 3 bedroom home wrapped all my belongs with plastic and movings blankets every thing was well taken care of and the move was very time efficient thanks again Superiority movers you guys rock!
