  As a professional full time REALTOR®, I have the opportunity to work near several pros. While I have never been dissapointed by the service provided to my clients by any local company, I have not had them blown away like Suseyi blew me away. I recently purchased my own new home and used Suseyi to pack and move for me. We got a solid estimate from them before we signed on with them. On packing day, they showed up right on time. We were embarrased as we had just both spent the previous week with COVID and didn't get a single thing packed or even cleaned up. They still managed to get the entire house packed out in one day while we spent the day with some camp chairs in our new home. The next day, again, right on time, they moved everything from the old home to the new home while we relaxed and they took care of everything. They set up all the beds, tables couches, chairs . . . they were absolutly AMAZING, freindly, professional and I will be sharing them with all of my clients from here on out!

  We had our house packed and moved into storage after we sold our home. First red flag should have been initial communication, but via written texts they seemed to have an idea of the ask. Day of was a complete mess. Movers showed up with no idea packing was needed, the owner was unprofessional and rude. Since there was inaccurate planning, everything was rushed, and we literally watched them throw items into trucks. Our storage units were packed like a psychotic jenga game and everything was precarious. We’re finally moved in now (with a different company) and the lack of care for our items is paramount. Cords wrapped to break every single one. Books thrown in over key boards, with shoes and lose items. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. The actual employees seemed fine enough (anyone working in labor right now I feel for deeply) but the owner was a complete mess. Would give zero stars if that were an option.

  We had a fantastic experience with Suseyi Pro Moving Company for a recent move. They were exceptionally timely, professional, and communicative. Our items were handled with great care and we didn't have a single damaged item. They walked us through the process so thoroughly and had us triple check all their work along the way. Their disassembly and reassembly of our complicated beds was by far the most helpful component of their service, but it was all amazing. We could not have survived without their help!
