  If I could give them a zero star I would. The day of the move I had to call several times and finally the driver/mover showed up 2 hours late. This company does shady and unprofessional business. The driver never provided me with an invoice but only gave me a receipt for the services rendered..My Insurance company requires an invoice or they will not pay me for the job. I have spoken with the manager (Tom) and Ashley who promised me since the move that an invoice was sent and I still have not received it. I will never ever never ever use this company again and suggest that you don't either. Please dont use these people because they are not competant nor a professional company. I feel I'm at their mercy now because the driver failed to give me the invoice showing what he did.

  Rob & Chapo knew what they were doing! When they arrived with big smiles on their faces, they introduced themselves with hearty handshakes. They started working immediately and didn’t slow down until the job was finished which took six hours in 110 Feels Like temperature. They were extremely courteous and respectful. Rob was very professional when he provided the bill and explained every detail. I will use them in the future, and I highly recommend them. - Ms. T

  Swifty Movers was the most unprofessional and inefficient moving company. We had to repeatedly call them on the scheduled moving day because they did not show up at the scheduled time. They continually delayed the move before eventually cancelling and moving us to a different day. On the rescheduled day, we had to call them over 15 times before they eventually showed up. The people in the Swifty Movers office were incredibly disrespectful every time we called. We were told a truck/driver were going to show up soon and to “just be patient” multiple times on both days. They were condescending and insulting in wording and tone, did not answer questions, and complained when we had more than one question after hours of delay. Every time we called, they told us they would call us back with more information, however they never reached back out to us. When we finally had a driver call us on the second day, he said he could get a bigger truck to make the move more efficient. After waiting for his arrival or call, we called the office, who said that the drivers often lie and ours had lied to us so that he wouldn’t have to make a big move. They had the worst scheduling and customer service I have ever experienced and did nothing to rectify the problem at any point.
