  "We hired James from Tarc services to replace some broken tiles. The job should have taken a few hours. Initially they quoted an exorbitant amount and then agreed to do the work for a smaller price. James started the work and it took 4 hours to install two tiles. He left for the day and also ripped up the baseboards to install the tiles. He committed to arrive the next day but failed to show up for two subsequent appointments. After 4 days, to "reward" us for flexibility, he offered to pay for replacing and putting up the baseboards. On the last day of the job, I paid him out in full because he gave his word to come back and finish nailing and attaching the baseboards. Big mistake. He didn't show or pick up the phone when my husband went there in the afternoon. He also left a big mess: dirty floor dripping from grout, his bucket, sponge etc. I do not recommend Tarc Services. When confronted, James sent me immature and vicious messages on my private phone like "if I wasn't a changed man, I would really give something to fix in that apartment of yours" and "trash defines some people"."
