Have been seriously offended by Taylor Made Express by Expedited department manager MEREDITH NEU. She have booked our team truck to deliver Expedited load from Milwaukee , Wisconsin to Miami, Florida around 1,500 miles to deliver within 24 (!) hours .. Our drivers been seriously pushed to drive without any rest, violate all DOT rules and regulations to deliver ASAP. Apperatenely they got an hour (!) late to destination, which is truly not a big deal in trucking world. Instead of thank our drivers for superior service MEREDITH NEU have reported our Company to Carrier411 as fraudulent (!) Carrier performing and unlawful (!) business practice 😰 Very upset with this broker and ALL BEWARE they will report you fraudulent for .. being an hour late 😫
