  HORRIBLE, rude, and not professional. Showed up and ignored that I needed my vintage MCM furniture wrapped with any legs removed before loading. Was yelled at in a condescending way to "let them do their job" as they dropped my dresser on our sidewalk and didn't remove any legs while loading the pod. Then speaking in Spanish calling me names that I shouldn't mention, not knowing I speak Spanish fluently hearing them say they wanted to walk off the job, and when I asked about it, they walked off the job. Subsequently called the company to tell them and see what to do, and the lady was defending one of their contractors stating she's "never had a complaint" before asking me any questions...so there's that side of customer service as well. DO NOT HIRE if you want careful, reliable, respectable service.

  I’ve used these guys about 3 tienes before, they have move my entire family, they’re well known for their big truck trailers, everything goes in one trip. Our entire 4 bedroom and office not only went in one trip but they sent 3 guy crew and they were fast, efficient and very polite, I have had bad experiences with other local companies and I’m telling you they are professional. We had a stress free experience from booking our moves to the pick up and drop off.

  So I was recommended to use this company from a work friend who has been moved by TM in the past. Was a little apprehensive since it was a company I’d never dealt with. I have quite a bit of stuff and not a ton of time to do it myself. Including a very heavy marble/steel coffee table and a drill press. I was mega stressing since I had waited till the absolute last minute and also had some hefty things. Needless to say I was very impressed with the punctuality and communication. The office/woman on the phone was wonderful and explained everything in detail for me and broke it down so I could call around and see if they were a good fit for me. I was also able to book same day thankfully. I am not home a lot of the time and wasn’t able to be there the whole move and to be able to trust a company with my HOME means a lot to me as I am a very anxious person! They pack, wrap, etc it’s definitely an all in one. By the time I’d actually gotten home they were just about wrapping up. I’d recommend them to family for sure. Very happy with the move and very happy to be relaxing instead of stressing. Even helped me out with moving some rabbit hutch items from out back.
