Hired these guys yesterday after another company cancelled on me last minute. The fact they took the job on short notice and the lady who helped me set up the move is the only reason I won't give them 1 star. First the team was nearly 40 minutes late from the scheduled start time. The move seemed to go well but I've noticed many dings on my walls and items and they left several items behind that I told the team to take. The team worked for only an hour and a half and then told me they were done and it was a 2 hour minimum charge. I wasn't told this until after the job was done. There is also an additional 20/hr fee for paying with card. On top of paid 30 mins free they got the guy leading the crew had the nerve to ask me to tip his crew. Ive worked as a mover. If you all aren't paying your team a livable wage to where the team lead is begging for money after how much we paid is absolutely insane. Go with Fast Fietz. No deposit, cheaper per hour, and a good crew that takes care of your items.

I am very happy with the move Texas Movers did for me. The two movers were very professional and effective. They worked non stop in the heat and humidity, wrapped, and disassembled quickly, and handled all my items with care. In a couple months I will be moving those items out of storage and into a house and will definitely hire Texas Movers for that move..
