  I’m giving a 4 star because we had some issues with our appliance order. Deanna went abbot and beyond. She made this experience pleasant. Even dropped off parts off at our house. She’s very kind and helpful. We appreciate you!

  Get your appliances from literally anywhere else! It's been just issue after issue with. Just now after waiting and waiting the driver to my face refused to do it. Claiming they were released. The door was open and ready for them for 10 mins while they sat in their truck. Also they keep screwing up the telephone number some how. Within 24 hrs I was able to get my time window but the next day the driver has a completely different number? Home depot is insanley unhelpful and this has been the worst experience of my life. So heed my warning. Literally get your appliances from anywhere else! Even if it seems like it's a great price.. it is not worth the headache you'll go through

  I went in for a job offer I received my email. Told me you can stop looking told me to plan to be there 1.5 hours. What a joke was there maybe 10 minutes. The lady I spoke to was uninformed and could not explain the offer I received from home Depot I guess this is their new way of hiring but it really sucks because it's not saving them any time. I also think when she found out I was 60 years old changed everything if you walk around and see all the other workers they're all in their twenties and thirties. Very disappointed because I turned down another job when I got this offer this is not the way you treat people.
