  The funny thing here is, I actually love Home Depot! The problem is this. I special ordered a tool box not once, but twice. The first one comes in, I go to will call for pick up and almost an hour goes by no status update before someone actually locates it. When they bring it up it was damaged pretty well. Me being the nice guy I am, kept calm and said let's reorder that again. 2 weeks later I came back in for the new tool box and this one didn't take as long to locate but my gosh already!! This one comes up damaged 3 times worse than the first one. It's disheartening to know you can't get the tool box you want in store, you have to special order it on line in hopes you can actually get it without being damaged. Regardless, Lowes did not have a problem getting me what I needed.

  Reminded once again why I'd rather shop somewhere else. Twice during this one visit I spoke to someone who instead of just helping me offered to call someone else to help. Both times no help came in any reasonable amount of time. I had to go out to the parking lot to get my own cart for a sheet of plywood after an employee told me that's what I'd have to do, and then only got help getting the plywood sheet on the cart when I shouted for help because I could not hold the cart and push the plywood onto it by myself. So frustrating to see people that obviously work there wondering around and not be able to be helped with a large box or a cart.

  I like home depot because their different selections they have for home improvement items. The only complaint I have is their prices are more expensive than the other home improvement stores. I also have issues finding my selection of items when shopping here, but if I'm looking for a certain item that their out of then I can order it online.
