Thus would be a good store if they had more people who cared. For the most part the floor people care but customer service is absolutely horrible. The scenario is a blond woman who basically tries to tell you no on all returns and is negative and unhelpful at customer service along with multiple employees chatting on the side and a guy crossed armed holding himself up like all while you are waiting. it's an effort to stand. How bout don't work. Obviously the upper management can't care about customer service cause you couldn't believe they would want to put these type of people in customer service....if anyone from the store reads this CUSTOMER SERVICE...get it..serve the customer..not your mood not when you feel like it. Now as an incredible addition to manahawkin home depot poor service they are not going to return items without a receipt. Because being too lazy to watch out for people bring things back to the register and returning items they never bought. Instead of picking the lest lazy way how bout if you review customers when they come in on the video. These people are one of the worse customer services that I've ever seen. I'm not going to this store any more..there is one 1o minutes away. Just not to deal the miserable blond customer service personal.

Went very early. Still could not find anyone to help pick out correct lighting. I had to go to counter and they radioed for someone to help me. Got what I needed. All self checkouts! When they first started lots of employees to help. Once they killed the mom & pop hardware stores, slashed staff and added self checkout. If at all possible I go local to get where I can get a quantity of 2, 1/4 x 20 hex head bolts for less tha a buck instead of a box of 100 for $10. Only go there when there is no other option.

Liz in flooring and blinds couldn’t have been nicer. She helped us plan and design our home. Everything selected was wonderful thanks to her guidance.
