This place has the best customer service. I got a Ryobi table saw twice that had the same problem twice. It runs smooth as butter until the throat place gets banged on with wood. The plate is made of plastic and breaks easily. They took the machine back and were very kind and professional.

Customer service after 6pm was very rude, she probably shouldn’t work in this field. Or needs better training. She definitely lacks manners and respect for others. I am also almost 41 weeks pregnant(yes overdue to others), hauling a trailer and needed help with a large order.

I love Home Depot and while their store always seems neater and more organized than Lowes, their prices often seem just a fraction higher. With the economy as it currently is, that fractional difference was enough to send me to their competition for my purchase.
