Home Depot has had trouble keeping competent staff lately, which is a shame. I have used this location for years, but staffing just has not been the priority that it should be since the Pandemic. Selection has suffered, as well, as in most industries in the past couple of years. I would not downgrade the review for these reasons, but I truly believe that they could do a bit better to improve staffing with the proper incentives.

First let me say I love your store , its convenience and prices allow me to shop often. Due to the Asheville city council decision to allow homeless access to smokey park highway they have ruined your store. The theft is off the charts. The drug deals that go on in your parking lot has everyone worried . My family will not be back, it's not safe at all.

Anthony provided excellent customer service! I usually get intimidated by going to Home Depot alone—all those tall shelves and long aisles! But today, I was helped by three lovely experts—one in flooring, and two in the kitchen area. Anthony was especially a gift. He was so patient with me as I tried to match flooring to cabinets and countertops. His advice was spot on, and I left feeling happy and confident instead of overwhelmed.
