Need more selection in drywall repair. Was trying to get my mom to pick up a knife for me and their website said they had several in stock but none were on the racks and there was no staff around mid-day on a Saturday for my mom to ask. They need more staff and to stay on top of stocking and keeping their inventory accurate. She wound up leaving with a different one that their website said they didn't have in stock and that was twice the price of the one I wanted. Would have returned it if we weren't on a tight time schedule and HAD to make due. Other than that, gotta love home depot.

Had issues with curbside pickup a few times. Waited a long time before finally going inside to get my order, after seeing different employees walking around the parking lot. Not sure why curbside pickup is even offered at this location. There are enough employees to make it work, but somehow the follow-through is not there.

Just updating. Have always had great experiences at Warrington Home Depot but today Olivia in customer service hit a real home run. After waiting for a product for a few weeks I discovered the incorrect account (completely my fault) was used for purchase at check out. Olivia went absolutely above and beyond to help make everything right and took ample time and effort to help me make things right. People like her are why I will continue to be a customer at this location for life. Thank you!
