Needed a sofa removed to be make room for a new one. At first I thought this company was going to be a problem because I was given a window of 11:30-1:30 and at the end of the window no one had shown up. I called and the staff was more that willing to find out what was wrong. The previous job ran over and was longer than expected which was totally understandable. I wasn’t home at the time they arrived, but my husband said nothing but good things about this company. Very professional and apologetic about their delay. We even made another appointment for them to come back. If they’re late then I’ll know why and will be more than willing to wait. Reasonable pricing. Definitely recommend Junkluggers!

The two fellows who came to take our old furniture were personable, clean and efficient. We were also pleasantly surprised at how inexpensive it was to take away our stuff (not to mention that, since I had knee replacement surgery only days before, there is no way I could have gotten the items out of our house!!

The Junkluggers crew was punctual, they contacted me when they were in route to my home. They arrived in a clean, fresh truck with their logo. The young men were friendly, yet professional, very respectful and courteous. They were careful in loading what I wished to have hauled away. No problems, no surprises, no hassle. I would definitely recommend them. If I should have need anything removed in the future, I will call them again! I give Junkluggers 5 stars!!!💥💥💥💥💥
