If I could put negative 10 i would.. I have been paying for a unit here for a year and half. And let me be the first to tell YOU THAT I HAVE HEARD FROM MANY PEOPLE THAT HAVE/ HAD A UNIT THERE THAT THEY HATE IT AND WOULD NEVER EVER GO BACK IF THEY COULD CHOOSE. They are known for giving u the impression that u pay for the unit that is it. But really u pay for a unit then they increase the price of the unit. They throw in hidden fees qnd extra payments. Even the manager tells people get a unit somewhere else. I feel terrible for them because they work so hard no days off and they tell everyone to get on a wait list for a unit somewhere else. They don't like seeing/ hearing people cry and be upset about the unfairness that this place has put people through.

I am going to give a 5-star, because I was really impressed with a quick call-back from their answering service within SECONDS of me hanging up. I had reached a rollover service when calling the local office and got frustrated the second time.. but they called back immediately, reserved the last available unit for me and I could not be more gratefull! Service in the local office was cordial and quick. HEADS UP, bring a small can of WD40 with you, the built-in locks are crummy and do not want to turn. AND 5x10s are bigger than you think! YouTube was helpful for sizing needs.

Years back I had a storage unit here fell behind in payments. The day before selling my unit I called to pay. They had sold it day before.. Unacceptable and illegal... Beware renting here...
