DO NOT USE. UNPROFESSIONAL! I called on 1/30 and schedule a move for 2/7. Super friendly on the phone, book for 3 guys and a 26 foot truck. Was told I would receive a call day before to confirm and day of when they were on their way. Day before 2pm no call, I give them a call & they asked if they could move my move from 8am to 12pm I said I’m sorry but if I was told sooner I could make arrangements but we have our whole week/weekend/day planned for a 8 am move being almost done by 12pm. He said he would try to make changes and give me a call back. 4pm no call, I call and he confirmed it was fine for 8am. Morning of: arrival time was supposed to be 8am, 8:15 nothing. I give them a call and receive a text at 8:38 that they were 30-45 minutes out! Then I receive a call at 9 stating that their car broke down. They then didn’t answer the phone and only texted “will be resolved soon” “you can rent a car and we can load and unload 75$ an hour (which is the normal rate for them not bringing the truck)” I said I’m not able to do that & should I make other arrangements reads my text and no response. Btw the 75$ an hour was for 2 movers, I scheduled 3?! I AM HIRING someone to make my move easy not to completely ruin my move!! I understand things happen and trucks break down but them being late & not having a solution besides the package I went against because I didn’t want to rent a truck, I am 22 years old and not able to drive a uhal. This place is a joke, a professional would have a plan B. STAW AWAY

By far this is the best moving company out their they went an extra mile with me to pick up a tv from a local store at no charge! Finished the job under 8 hours completely moved my entire 4 bedroom to another home thank you so much!
