  We have used The Moving Company several times over the last 5 years. The last move was from a storage where we had our goods to our recently built home in Stone Oak. Each time we have used the service the young men have been outstanding. They arrived around 9:30 am and delivered everything and setup our furniture by 5:00 pm. We will definitely use the service again if we move. Thank you for the delivery. We appreciate your service.

  This Moving company provided professional service for me and my family. The five (5) member team understood our needs and ensured that all furniture and contents were handled as if all things were fragile. I really enjoyed and appreciated the care that each member displayed during this process. I highly recommend this company and will be using their services for another upcoming move to our permanent home. Thank You.

  My grandmother needed to be moved out of her assisted living facility because my grandfather passed away last week. We are scrambling to get her out and she is on a limited income. I called around to 4 different movers and ultimately chose THE Moving Company because they were a local to Boerne business and they had the cheapest price per hour, at $126.50. We were set to move today, Monday morning. They called us this morning to let us know that they were increasing the price to $165 because they would be adding another person to help move. They explained to me that they needed to hurry our job up this morning and that they added another man to assist with that, so we would have to incur the cost increase. This makes ZERO sense. I booked for one price. That is the price I was willing to pay. Just because they want to hurry up our job, doesn't mean I need to pay that increase. The man who I spoke with kept explaining it to me like he was doing ME a favor by not charging for the extra man power.. but I never asked for extra man power to begin with! He was argumentative and kept speaking over me and acting as if I was incompetent. I hung up and then their manager called. He treated me the exact same way. We ended up cancelling. My grandmother was in tears and called back to speak to them.. they continued to be rude to her! Then she asked for their license number, probably to make a complaint and they REFUSED To give it to her. RUN don't walk from this company. If dealing with arrogant people is your thing.. than by all means go ahead, but consider yourself warned. We just wanted to support local.. NO THANKS.
