  We bought a brand new spa from the Spa Mover. The communication is terrible! I had to pick up my self to make my time to have it installed. I was told my $300 delivery was to be refunded .. it never was .. I had to call my CC and have em refund my card. After I had the spa installed and wired / once I filled it I found out the spa leaks! The spa leaks! The manufacturer missed a rubber grommet on a jet so it leaks. I have called the Spa mover many times with NO response! The supplier Sacramento Spas stated they would get to the bottom of this and never did! 2 months and the spa still leaks! I will be suing both the dealer and manufacture!! Don’t do business with The Spa mover or. Sacramento spa! 10k down the drain . Buyer Beware!

  This has been the worse experience ever! Very hard time for delivery. We ended up picking up the spa ourselves with many complications. Had a crane install it after being told a crane would not work... spa once delivered had issues. Manufactured wrong and was missing seals so leaked water. Spa mover Owner refuses to answer phone so I drove there, he was a complete jerk to me. I explained my problem and he told me there are many people in front of me needing service so I am out of luck so good luck. He was a complete a..! It’s been over a month and I have not heard a word from him. Also, the $300 we paid for delivery of the spa when he didn’t deliver it.... we ended up having to pick it up he did not refund so we disputed it with our credit card company after 2 weeks. Please do not buy from him. He has become arrogant and does not care what he sells, even if it’s junk does not back his spas in any way
