Friendly and accommodating. The process was super simple and very fast. I signed up and had my space in less than 30 minutes total. My space was move-in ready. I have used The Storage Group before and never had an issue, that is why I went directly to them.

Very friendly and very helpful. They are also very understanding when a mistake is made and will help fix the mistake the best they can and as fast as possible. The 9wnee Chad is very nice and friendly.

This is our second time renting a unit from them and it was just as easy and amazing as the first time! I was able to rent the unit online, pay and get all the access information that I needed. It was quick, easy, painless and the units are nicely gated and convenient to get to. Would 100% recommend!
