My husband and I visited this store to print out Tax forms and emails from our CPA. All of the staff were attentive and helpful, Elijah went above and beyond to assist with getting us exactly what we needed. He's both kind and patient. We were very appreciative of his assistance.

Went in to return Amazon package with free return. Was told to email the shipping label from my phone to their email and pay $1.99. ARE YOU SERIOUS!! Went to Ups in Stuart, they scanned the shipping label from my phone, and the package was on the way

Today (October 7th 2021) I went to this store to ship some things off, when I went inside there was a pregnant employee on her phone, making a doctors appointment, she didn’t say hi or good morning or anything to me, didn’t even bother to see what I needed, she was on the phone and made me wait. Around 9:03 another employee came in, the pregnant employee then walked away from the counter and went and sat down then went out side to continue the phone call. The other employee offered to help me. Didn’t see a name tag on the pregnant girl, but did see the other employees name was Roxy. Since when is being on your phone to make appointments and personal phone calls ever okay? And especially to make your customers wait on you???
