Need better cross training of the employees. Only notary is also the same person that only knows how to do print services??? Four other people in the store and none of them have the ability to change out to support other customers.

My mother was in a bad car wreck,broke her Left hip, shattered her right elbow and broke 6 ribs needless to say she's in a wheelchair she had to have a few things notorized,we went to the Enterprise store and William Jacobs the notery came out to my vehicle to help my Mother,and that kindness is so much appreciated, with everything going on in this crazy world it's a blessing to see kindness and compassion still left!! Thank you so much Mr. Jacobs
