We’ve been traveling a lot this year and discovered that UPS is very useful in helping with our administrative and business tasks. They’ve never let us down, and that includes the UPS store in Lexington VA. The staff are always friendly and helpful. We walk in with whatever we have and they make suggestions that are helpful and save us money. They have printed documents that we have emailed them, we sign and they mail. Yes, they charge for their printing service, but the cost seems reasonable to us. Paper, toner and printer maintenance all cost money! We’ve never had to wait more than a minute or two to be waited on.

One of the worst customer service experiences ever! They lost my package and after many months of being promised a check for the value of my package, I'm still waiting. Use Fedex or USPS - they're less $ and they don't lose things!
