  The moving guys showed up on time to the job, they did their best considering the weather conditions. There were a few small details that I feel could have been done better, such as prioritizing the big furniture items, which I stressed were my major concern as small items could be collected by myself later. Overall, if I needed to use a moving company again, they would still be an option in the future. For transparency, I have edited this review after speaking to the owner of the company based on prior feedback. Based on that I increased my rating because they really are a company that is trying to provide the best satisfaction to the customer, which is rare. Great communication on both ends of the move, from expectations to overall satisfaction.

  This company rocks! Thumbs Up was able to accommodate us within a weeks notice and was a lifesaver. They were super transparent about all of the costs and expectations of the move and this helped us budget for time and expenses. Their pricing was completely fair and worth every penny. Emily was our CS rep and was super friendly and helpful. Hari and Gabriel were our movers and they were SO hard-working and diligent. They really had to dig deep to get this move done, including lifting a mechanical bed up two flights of stairs, and they totally pushed through. I felt like I could trust them with all of our belongings and never felt the need to supervise. They were clearly well-educated in logistics and self-managed well. Use Thumbs Up, you won’t regret it!!!
