Don't look farther if you are in need of a professional, responsive, efficient and fair priced moving company! After checking and negotiating with moving companies for a week...just to find out that they all wanted to scam me one way or another...I was lucky to find TopCare Moving and Storage for my LONG DISTANCE MOVE from Laguna Beach to Naples, Florida. Brian, the owner was very open, clear and unbiased from the start, no hidden fees or surprises, straight forward and excellent in communication at all times! His refreshing, professional attitude despite facing harsh weather challenges that needed flexibility ( like sending in a group of 6! fabulous guys to get it all done faster after the rain! )was well appreciated as was the positive vibe, attentive and responsive acting and extremely speedy working of the movers themselves...obviously a seamless, perfected team-effort to guarantee a perfect outcome! I loved the fact that Robert, the manager in charge of the guys, was present when uploading in CA and also when unloading in Florida! It felt as if some personal friend took care of our stuff and delivered it back to us in timely manor and perfect condition! Nothing was broken or even scratched and I need to mention that I put my trust in them with a white cupboard, a big white L-shaped sofa and my white, 500 pound ! BABY GRAND ...which had to be taken apart delivered to the 2. floor at our destination! ..and legs put back on. I will definitely use them again for all my future moves, will certainly recommend them to all my friends and can only warmly recommend Topcare Moving and Storage to anyone looking for a reasonably priced, honest, professional and caring company with hard working, attentive movers...a rarity in these times! Thank you Bryan...it was a joy to see a job well done!

The worst service ever. They sent untrained movers, who scratched and damaged all my belongings (brand new West Elm furniture) and ruined my brand new mattress as well. When I raised the issues with them, they refused to compensate me. Extremely rude as well. Do not use them unless you want to ruin everything you have. If you want to see more pictures, contact me. I have every photo time stamped with my i-phone so they can't claim that someone else did this. The even threatened me not to post a review saying that he will also post a review for my business. They never even receive my service?! All around crazy, fraudulent, and unethical. They told me that they will move me for free and when the day came (5 months later) they cancelled on me (this is why I waited all this time to write this review). Don't believe anything they say. Never had such bad experience with any of the business I found on Yelp, ever. I wasted about 900 including the tip. Ans they costed me about the same for the damage. After 3 min of posting this review the owner called and told me he "will get as dirty as can and I know where you live." I am so scared I contacted police for all the threats. Update: A few hours after the phone call threatening to harm me, I get a fake review on google for my business. I didn't have any review on google or anywhere until today (1/4/21) due to the nature of the business.

Hi Liz, It is not threatening or illegal to respond to your review by posting our side of the story. We have every right to do so. First, I’d like to thank you for posting these photos to show how exaggerated the damage you described was. Minor Scratches that you were generously compensated for yet you still left this review and did not honor our agreement. On moving day, you had absolutely nothing packed since you didn’t even bother to buy any boxes. Just a bunch of grocery bags and small Amazon boxes that needed to be handled individually, moreover you declined to wrap any furniture because you wanted a “speedy move”. The property itself was very hard to access, 2bedroom condo located on 5th floor, with a single tiny elevator serving the entire building, yet you opted against our recommendations and hired only a team of two. All things considered, our staff not only got the moving but also the packing done in just about 6 hours. We then waived most of your moving fees as shown on your receipt. On top of that we offered to move you again for free which you gladly accepted but then changed your moving date last minute not once but 5 times and we waived all your cancellation fees. since we were the worst, why work with us again or is a free move worth risk destroying your furniture?

Excellent!! Huge truck! They were efficient and effective. Both movers came on time. Very professional and friendly. With competitive price! Would definitely hire them again!!
