  This moving company was first class all the way. Matthew, Charmaine, and their team were professionals the entire time. They even helped catch and correct an error made by Uhaul, that would have caused me more stress unnecessarily if not caught. Their most notable quality is their excellent communication to their customer! I have used many of moving companies in my life and they are probably the best communicators to their customers of any moving company! Here are three major points of why they are five stars: 1. Their communication to their customer is excellent 2. They take great care in the protection of your stuff and property 3. There are no “secret fees” or nickel and diming with them, you understand your bill and it is straight forward at a fair price I hope I don’t have to move for a while, but if I do, I’ll be calling TOTAL PACKAGE MOVING & STORAGE again! Thank you all very much!

  Matthew was super communicative and handled everything from helping me estimate how many pods to delivery and same day removal. It was a stressful situation for our family and it was really great to have professional take care of the moving details.

  I would highly recommend Matthew and his company. Matthew and Joe handled our move for us and they were prompt, responsive, courteous and efficient. They had all the necessary materials and equipment to handle our move and they even did some things that I did not expect, such as wrapping the appliances and putting down floor protection. I think their prices are extremely reasonable for the professional service that they provide.
