  We were originally set up with this company by iFit for delivery between 11am and 3pm on Monday, 3/21/22. At 4:05pm on Monday we received a call from the driver saying they would be here in 30 minutes. We told them we were sorry but we were no longer there. Then the next day I was told by the owner of the company that he has rescheduled it for Thursday between 11am and 4pm. I asked if we could be the first stop instead of the last stop and he said no because of their routing preference but that they would definitely be here by 4pm. Today at 4:45pm I called the owner of the company to ask them where they were. He said he would have to check and get back to me. After 20 minutes I called him back and he apologized again saying he was sorry that they would not be delivering it today and would call me in the morning to set up another delivery. We have now wasted our time the better part of two days waiting for this delivery and will have to waste another day as well. Honestly I do not know how a company as undependable as this can stay in business.

  I had a really bad experience with Tote Movers! I paid the $100 deposit to move on 8-28-21. They called me a week before the move to change the date to 8-29-21. They claimed it was because everyone had Covid. I agreed to change the date. I called back again the week of the move to confirm. I spoke with owner Zack. He confirmed the move for 8-29-21 at 9 am. Tote Movers did not show up on 8-29-21. WOW!! I had to scramble to find another mover for the same day. He didn't give me my deposit back either. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. SHAME ON YOU TOTE MOVERS!!

  We used Tote Moving to move apartments which can always be a challenge with logistics of a parking garage, access, and long hallways. They worked with us on the correct sized truck that would be perfect for us, over what I assumed would. AND THEY WERE RIGHT! I am grateful for this along with the movers who came to assist. They were kind, careful with our items, asked us questions to be sure items were going and wrapped up our large wall décor items. I will definitely use them again in the future. Great value for the price!
