  The woman working the front desk was extremely nice and very knowledgeable when I went to pick up my u haul. Thankfully she recommended the insurance to me as we had a bit of a storm and a large branch hit the truck causing a small amount of damage but we didn't have to do pay anything extra and it was all resolved when truck was turned in. Would use again if I needed another uhaul.

  I’m beyond upset with this company and the lack of communication that was suppose to be given from the UHaul company. Rented a truck the day before to move out of state, the never put the keys in the lock box for us to check in online. The lady I spoke with the day before reassured me everything was ready to go when it was clearly not.. so now we have to wait until 9am for them to open to get the keys… was suppose to be moving and be in a new state before 8pm… which has now turned into a big mess. Wish I could give zero stars!!!!!!!!! Thanks for dropping the ball Town and Country!!!!

  I ended up having to move out my unit early and they didn’t charge me for the few days I was in there. Not too many companies will do that for people now a days. Great location and Very professional. They will make you feel like you’re more than just a customer renting a storage unit. Extremely satisfied with service and great staff!!
