Terrible Movers Start to Finish - Tom, generally performs the work of a dispatcher, was rude to me on the phone and essentially called me a liar when I told him the electronic forms were not filled out correctly. He dispatched his drivers with the wrong paperwork, misspelled my name when he said he didn't, tried to give me someone else's piano, and refused to finish the job his company was paid for when I called him to ask about it the next day. His movers took three days to do a 1.5 day job, and still packed breakable and valuable things by stuffing them into boxes after I told them to be careful with certain things (posters waiting to be framed), my wife and I are also still missing an entire box of clothing with her most expensive sweaters and jeans, and TP's delivery drivers showed up late (after 10 am) when I expected them at 8 am. They didn't call the day prior to confirm my address and then got lost on the way to my house. This company is terrible from start to finish. Tom is the worst of them all since he still tried to talk his way out it and urged me to give a good review even after I called to complain. Customer service doesn't happen here.
