  I have never posted a bad review before. But this has been a truly awful experience. Please read all the fine print before you move anything with this company. Don't use them simply because of good rates. My lawyer says I could win a lawsuit but as you know it's simply not worth the time and money to go through that. I was lied to at least three times and the pickup times and delivery times we're way off base. Twice they simply didn't show up and didn't call to let us know they weren't coming. The third time they finally came late and claimed they couldn't get in our driveway so I had to pay an extra $350 moving costs. The mover was very belligerent when I pointed out that one of the tables had a broken leg which wasn't like that when it started to move. And one of the dining room chairs was also broken. And at least ten things were scuffed-up. And the leaves for the dining room table were missing which makes it basically unusable for the purpose we bought it. The only reason I wrote this review is to help keep you from a nightmare like this. Please don't use this dishonest company. I have at least $2,000 damage that I'm pretty confident they are not going to pay for. EDIT. Doing a little research after this fiasco I do think it's very likely that they paid for good reviews. A number of these reviewers reviewed multiple other moving companies I will edit this review again if they pay for the damages - or AT LEAST return my phone calls as they promised! When they got paid they disappeared. Now I know why they only accept cash or money order. It's a pretty smart scam

  If I could give this company zero stars, I would. Please do not let their quotes entice you to use their services. When I began the process of moving from Texas to NY, I had gone through the typical "Please list your inventory and we will send you free quotes", and received multiple quotes with numerous companies. When I saw a quote for $1300 I was enticed and decided to move forward with the company. Once the delivery men got to my apartment, they had readjusted the quote to well over $3000 "due to the size of my furniture". Even though I had listed the dimensions to each of my items, they said they don't guarantee the quoted amount. Straight FALSE ADVERTISING. Since I had no other options and they had already packed my furniture up, I had to continue with there service. Well, upon delivery I owed them ANOTHER $1500, on top of the initial $2000 I had already paid them, when the balance was listed as $1100. When I tried to ring them to inquire about where the additional $400 was coming from, no one answered. How do you have a business where no one answers the phone at 10:00AM on a Thursday?? The delivery guy had mentioned it may be a 'shuttle fee', even after the person who packed my things said that would only apply if they had to take my things into the city (so I purposely had them deliver to my mom's house). The poor delivery men had to hear me screaming and bitching, but could essentially understand my frustration with such an unethical company. In addition to the 400% increase in price, several of my belongings had been damaged in transit - equating this to an additional $600 loss for 3 items. I will be inputting a claim AND following up with the better business bureau about their practices. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

  I moved from Philadelphia to Phoenix. Their website says no hidden fees. That is an absolute joke. I told them that my apartment was not 18 wheeler friendly. They showed up with an 18 wheeler and said it would be another $450 . The driver said he would do it under the table for $100. I said no to both and the driver unloaded my stuff on the side of the road. A public street, not a neighborhood street. I had to move my stuff myself which is the polar opposite of what they told me when THEY CALLED ME to earn my business. They are the devil personified and will not return your calls and ignore your complaints.
