NO STARS!! But Please be warned! This is the absolutely worse company that you could ever hire for your move . There is no integrity or professionalism with them at all. They underbid so when the driver actually shows up they said that we owed $3,000 more than the initial bid. We had just moved 8 months before so they knew exactly what our inventory was. Then they defer us to a moving company that was horrific. Our household goods were broken, smashed, missing, dented, scratched and stolen. Table legs snapped off , dented refrigerator, nothing was without a scratch or dent . When the driver arrived at our house he told us that all of our furniture would not fit in his truck , so they loaded half of our furniture dragging our refrigerator across the hard wood floors severely scratching it, then they came back a week later to finish loading . Then when they delivered to our new home, it was 2 weeks later but just half the load. I could go on and on but I’m sure you get the idea !

I selected Trinity because they are highly rated and handle intrastate moves. Thankfully, almost everything arrived in tact. It’s a move, things get broken, no big deal. There were, however, two major problems. First, I paid a surcharge for a guaranteed delivery date that was missed twice (yes, we rescheduled twice, they were not pleasant about it and they kept the surcharge). Second, they backed their truck into the loading dock area, damaged the ceiling, and then lowered the rear suspension (yes, this happened and the building provided video footage). They have refused to take responsibility and will not provide proof of insurance. I would not recommend them.

UPDATE:: For a company who says that God is first, they did not protect me from their employees bullying me. The moving company they subcontracted out to just alerted me half an hour ago that they would be at my home at 8pm tonight to move in my things. 8 pm tonight. I feel very unsafe as a single mother of three small children all under the age of 10. I shouldn’t feel this way after I’ve paid three times more than the quoted price I received from Trinity. They were dishonest about that as well. They want me to let 4 large men into my home to move in furniture after dark. The intake specialist Bill Rosen that I spoke with, the manager Brian, chose not to respond to my concern of being bullied. The company they subcontracted out to will not answer the phone either but the driver is telling me they will charge me an hourly fee of $85 and an overnight fee of $850 if I don’t let them in my house tonight. I am so afraid for me and my children’s lives. Although they state it in their mission, this company does not reflect the true nature of God. Do not walk away from this company, RUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! After they bullied themselves into my home, below is the condition in which my furniture was left. I spoke with a manager, Lisa last night whom I had never spoken with, so someone was reading my emails and not responding but Lisa was able to see them. I pleaded with her not to let these men into my home. I was informed it wasn’t two men that would be coming it was 4. At 8pm at night to move furniture into a single woman’s home, with three small children. These men bullied me. They saw I was alone and they bullied me. They told me the screws were lost to all the items you see down below. They left my daughter’s bed in the garage saying they do not put up kids’ beds, even though they are the company who took the bed down. The driver stopped the other 3 guys from taking items upstairs, stating they don’t take items upstairs, even though it’s clear in the below agreement that I had stairs and items should go upstairs. All the movers intimidated me all night telling me what they were not going to move or do. My kids beds remain in the garage. My Ashley bed (that is no longer made by Ashley) has broken pieces and missing screws to put the bed back together. I told Lisa (the manger who called me after I sent the email stating I was afraid) that I did was in fact scared and had been bullied through text message by the driver insisting to come home at that time of night when had not informed me he would be there at 8 pm. The company tells you in your agreement you will get a call 24 hours in advance of when items would be picked up or dropped off. The driver texted me “otw”, then informed me he would be there at 8pm on the same day. I am in so much distress about this move. I have never had such poor service, especially after overpaying what Trinity quoted me. My children watched and listen to these 4 large men bully their mom while I asked questions as politely as I could because I was afraid. No human being should ever have to be placed in an unsafe situation such as this one. Especially when I had informed Trinity that I saw the escalation of bullying via text message. It seems this company does this a lot. Especially to women. I am still shaken up today by the events that took place. I cried out for help and they ignored me. The verbal abuse, intimidation and bullying was unforgettable, especially from a company that took my money.
