SCAM! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I used Trinity to move my parents belongings from TN to GA after my mom passed away. I worked with a sales representative named Howard Jaime. I was never informed that they were brokers, not the actual moving company. I was sent electronic documents in my phone to sign which would not print. I paid an additional $700.00 fee for professional packing as I am out of state. My “movers” showed up a day later then scheduled and told me immediately upon arrival that I hadn’t purchased enough truck space. My original contract, after going through a detailed inventory with Howard and another gentleman named Steven, was 700 cubic feet. I was told by BOTH men that 700 cubic feet was ample space and I would probably get money back because it was more than enough. Apparently I needed at least 700 more which was going to be an additional cost of $2,000.00. I had already contracted to pay nearly $7,000.00 to move a two bedroom, first floor, condo. I was also told mid-process that I could only pay with cash, cash app or money order and would not be able to use the credit card I put the initial deposit on without paying an ADDITIONAL service fee of over $150.00. My movers also informed me, ON-SITE, that there is an additional packing fee for any item with glass or mirror that requires moving. This had absolutely not been disclosed to me and was NOT part of the “professional packing” I paid for. Howard Jaime will not return emails or phone calls. I have no recourse and now my parents belongings are somewhere in Birmingham,AL and I’m told they will arrive to my house in GA “around” February 4th however several boxes are missing???? Missing? How can boxes be missing and since my inventory simply lists “boxes” without any additional identification of what’s inside, how will I possibly know what is missing??? I, as a single mom, have to now take more time off from work and drive back to TN with and pay ADDITIONAL money for a UHaul in order to complete the move all while dealing with the death of my mother. What a complete scam! Do not waste your time or money. The only positive thing I can say is that Eli, the foreman of the moving team, was very pleasant to work with.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. We decided to not use this company after reading reviews online - now I see why. They are refusing to refund our $1000 deposit after cancellation. At first we were told the reason was because they've already spent that money on packaging materials - this is a lie, the contract states they do not purchase their own packaging materials. Then they told us we didn't cancel within the three day guaranteed window - this was also a lie, and I provided time stamps showing so. Finally, they told us our deposit is part of a non-refundable booking fee. After more research it appears they're using a loophole.. the only "refundable" portion of your money is the Binding Estimate Fee (which they mark as $0.01), the "non-refundable" portion of your money is literally everything else that you pay besides that one cent. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

Trinity is NOT a moving company. They are a third-party company and thus, don’t do anything except charge you for “planning” your move. I was unaware of this and was never told this the entire time I was in contact with Trinity until after my non-refundable deposit was paid and my move was scheduled. I worked with representative Jake Webber who was extremely helpful UNTIL payment was received. If I could give Trinity zero stars, I would have. They are completely pointless unless you are unable to google search your own moving company. I will take blame for not researching Trinity more, but I have never moved and was completely unaware that there were even 3rd party companies. However, I learned my lesson. Here a few of the things that Trinity did along with being completely useless: - I needed 4 months of storage and was told the first 30 days were free (accurate) and each 30 days after that was only $100. I didn’t find out until my items were already in storage and I received a bill that storage was actually $235 a month. Instead of paying $300 in storage, I paid $705. - They won’t set up your belongings to be properly protected unless you specifically state each item you want protected. You would assume that a professional moving company would do this, but they do not. It wasn’t until a few days before my move I called Jake back to confirm that my mattress, TV, and glass TV stand would be properly protected. He responded with “No, you have to pay extra for that. Did you want protection on those items?”. Who wouldn’t want their items protected in a dirty truck moving across country? Thus, I had to pay an extra $130 for a mattress cover, tv box, and glass protector. If I hadn’t called to check they would have just thrown my tv in the back unprotected. - My move needed to be flexible on the dates, which I was told would not be an issue. However, when I called Jake to change my dates he refused to help and said I needed to call the moving company myself. This was obviously confusing as Trinity is the moving company or so I thought. This was when I learned they were a 3rd party who contracted out my move. I was never provided the actual moving company name or number prior to this. Jake refused to call the moving company then transferred me to his supervisor who also refused to call. I was, however, able to get the name and number and call myself (what’s the point of the 3rd party company if they won’t even call for you after they get their payment?). - They broke payment down into 3 payments. One before the move, one during pickup, and one at the time of delivery. This isn’t a big deal, however, my company provided me a credit card to pay for the move as I was moving for work. Trinity accepted the credit card for the first payment (their 1/3 for doing a simple google search) but did not inform me directly that the moving companies they hired would not accept credit card. Thus, the second two payments I had to pay out of pocket. Luckily I had enough saved to cover this, however, if you didn’t have the $3600 in cash to spare the moving company wouldn’t deliver your belongings. - Trinity told me not to dissemble anything and that the movers would dissemble and reassemble everything. However, Trinity actually hired TWO moving companies. US Best Movers, Inc picked up my belongings. They had about 8 men show up and move everything for me as they said. The moving company that delivered my belongings was called American Home Movers. This was much different as only 1 man showed up, dropped off all my belongings, and didn’t reassemble a single thing. US Best Movers only accepted checks and American Home Movers only accepted cash. - After payment was received Trinity was very hard to contact and communication was all over the place. I actually had at least 4 different people contact me and everyone was on different pages so I had a lot of repetitive or useless conversations.
