  Carson and his crew were AMAZING! We had an in town move with a ton of stuff. Steve, Jarrod, Casey, Jake, and Brad were top notch. The move took longer than anticipated due to the volume of items we had and 3 stories on both ends of the move. Even though it was a long day, everyone kept a positive attitude and never let up. Everyone was very accommodating and rolled with the punches as some pieces wouldn't fit where originally planned. One of the two trucks was a POD truck that worked wonders. They were able to load and unload it quickly since the POD is at ground level. Once full, they were able to move the POD remotely on to the truck and haul it to the new location. Since our new street was a little tight, they were able to maneuver it right in to the driveway. I would recommend Tropical Moves to anyone hands-down! Great customer service, attention to detail, value, real concern for your property and home. We thank Tropical Moves for making our new home transition a success!

  We have been through 15 moves between the military and life changes. Tropical Moves was the BEST experience we have ever had. Carson was fantastic from start to finish. Responsive and professional. The crew was well trained, respectful, and treated our things with the greatest of care. They accepted special accomodations and did not break a single item, which we have never experienced before. Problems are natural in any move, but the team was able to pivot and remediate quickly and professionally. 100% recommend.

  The Tropical Movers team EXCEEDED my expectations. I reached out to them asking to move a FULL 5x7 storage unit from one point of town to the other. They responded within thirty minutes with a general quote and confirmation of availability for my desired move date. (Feb1) The team arrived promptly when they said they would, handled my items with care and completed the move in only a couple of hours. I work on site where I was moving to and, when popping by to check on them, I was amazed to see that they had taken it upon themselves to assemble my bed frame. This single girl could not have been MORE thankful for their dedication to making my move straightforward and EASY. After working with several moving companies within Wilmington (both personally and via my residents) I will never suggest anyone other than Tropical Movers.
