  Basically refused to move my safe where requested. Convinced my wife it was not possible and would be to hard. I’d like to note, I’ve had this safe moved 4 times to different homes and it has never been an issue. Called a few times and the owner said he would send a crew back. He has yet to schedule it after me following up 2 times. It’s now been almost 3 months of waiting. We requested a 1 day move and we’re told at 2pm that they would be returning the next day to finish, after starting at 930am. We then got charged extra for drive time both days and the very rude office lady blamed my wife. This is the 6th house I’ve purchased and moved into. By far the worst customer experience I have had from any moving company.

  Consumer Beware.... I moved last August (2020) but the reason I waited was that I did not want to jeopardize any investigation by the Better Business Bureau. I contacted TROWT MOVERS for a move (mind you, it was only a few streets over). John came out to assess what I needed to move and he assured me that 3 men and one truck would do the job. I was given instructions of how to pack, how to label boxes, etc. I followed the instructions...despite that, the movers tossed (and that is an accurate description) of boxes in the basement. When I noticed this, I commented on the bedroom boxes being in the basement and they moved some of them but not all. They also broke several items....and the kicker here is, they just left them broken in the basement. They did not even tell me. When I noticed and called them on it, they attempted to fix the broken pieces. I contacted the owners by phone. They told me to email and send pics which I did several times. Then, ghosted....nothing....no response to calls or emails. I then contacted the Better Business Bureau and reported them. I was hoping for some resolution. However, after 1 year, the BBB was also ghosted by the company. I am told there is nothing they can do except place them on their 'list' for a few years. So frustrating....so, now I am taking to social media to let everyone know that they should avoid this company for their move.

  The movers from Trowt were professional, High energy and focused on getting the job done. I was very impressed by their expertise and helpfulness. I would encourage anyone to work with this impressive team.
