  We bought a 12X16 shed, cost was almost 10,000.00 Purchasing, delivery and set up was a very easy process. It took them approximately 6 hrs to set up and everyone that we have dealt with has been friendly. After the set up was done I realized that the latch on the door had not been installed properly, the hole for the other door had not been drilled into the floor and the shed needed some touch up paint. The door would not lock properly and in the locked position one could easily pull the door open. I emailed Tuff Shed explaining with pictures and was told that someone would get back to me to repair under warranty. I waited a week and hadn't heard anything back. So I sent a follow up email and waited again. Still no reply so I called in and was told that someone would be contacting to repair. They did indeed send out someone to repair, however the repair that was made was something that I would expect a homeowner with an old shed to make, not a professional repairing a brand new 10,00000 shed. Instead of using a drill for the hole in the floor and a metal sleeve for the bottom door latch to fit into, they used a chisel and just notched out a hole, also instead of fixing the main door latch properly they used either the same chisel or a razor knife. The shed is functional as it is now however the quality of the repairs is not what I'd expect for such an expensive shed. If we had to buy again, I would have not worried about the name brand and saved a few thousand dollars.

  We love our shed. It wasn't built exactly how we ordered because there was a mistake with how the windows were cut out. We didn't want to wait so we just went with it. Also, the shed wasn't built square with the driveway, and doors were installed too close together which made it very difficult to open the doors and eventually the handle broke and we couldn't get in at all. The repair guy was amazing and fixed the doors and the lock/handle. They work great now, but it took a long time to get a hold of someone to get it fixed. I left multiple voicemails and never got a return call. I had to just call every day at different times of day until someone finally answered the phone.

  These are very well built sheds. Had an issue with one of our sheds that was almost 10 years old. They took care of it at no charge. Can't beat customer service like that!
