We recently had Tuna Piano Service move and tune a Wurlitzer console piano that had not been tuned for 30 years or so. The move was smooth and very quick. I never felt like there was a risk of damage to the piano during the process. Further we were able to have the piano tuned immediately after it was delivered, no waiting on a separate service call. After the tuning some additional maintenance was suggested, but no high pressure sales pitch. In fact he suggested how the maintenance could be done with equipment I might have on hand. The price was reasonable for the service provided. I am a happy customer!

Andrew was very flexible when having to change dates for tuning our newly moved Kawai. He was willing to come back for a discounted price soon thereafter to clean some stubborn keys. Appreciate his expertise and responsiveness.

Andy was very professional from the initial phone call to the final delivery. He really knew what he was doing and the move was flawless. Plus, he quoted a flat fee that was much lower than his competitor who adds a $12 per step fee and a $50 drive fee since they have to drive here from Indianola. The icing on the cake was that he and his son were really nice guys.
