  I was happy at first with the customer service the first visit there but when I arrived to pick up my vehicle I was greeted with animosity and felt like they didnt want me to take my own vehicle and even proceeded to video me and my helpers while we hooked up our tow bar! I wasn't informed of any policy of video recording or did I see any sign saying it.

  Amber, IF you would have noticed the two signs by the gate you would have noticed 24 hour video surveillance and also do not block our driveway. In addition the only recording was by the multiple cameras on the property. Now the video conversation between two owners showing your actions in regards to dragging the vehicle almost hitting another vehicle on my property and blocking the entrance to the property is the right of us to do so. Along with your feelings of animosity by people having to drive around your vehicle parked in the middle of our yard while we are attempting to still run a business and avoid hitting your property which was more than a little inconvenient. So for that reason no my drivers were not exactly happy with the situation but nothing was said to you or your multiple people in a negative way. Instead we allowed you to continue with your actions and avoided any hostility on our part. Along with due to your actions it has become a policy of ours to require all Inoperable vehicles to be transported off of our property via tow truck. If you have any further questions or statements I will gladly produce the video of your vehicles and the actions involved in the situation.
